Carmen Brooks

Carmen is a seasoned and dynamic professional skilled at stewarding rapid growth within technology sector companies, most recently in the world of cybersecurity. She's adept at supporting cross-functional teams and building strategic partnerships and has demonstrated expertise in brand management and enhancing the visibility and reputation of her organization in the market.

At Ideal State, Carmen is focused on building and managing relationships with Microsoft and the Microsoft partner ecosystem, as well as increasing brand visibility and sales pipeline.

Besides her corporate role, she is an active board member of the Women in Leadership at The University of Tennessee, where she mentors and empowers aspiring female leaders.

Carmen holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Practice from Lipscomb University and resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
