Em Beauchamp

Em is a highly talented data and technology professional with a strong passion for supporting organizational knowledge sharing through effective data collection, management, and analysis. Their extensive areas of expertise include data systems architecture, data analytics, change management, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, R, and SQL.

Prior to joining Ideal State, Em served as a data systems engineer at VentureWell, helping clients including the National Science Foundation and National Institutes of Health foster data ecosystem growth through designing and implementing new data architecture and building a culture of data accessibility and stewardship.

Em holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Smith College and lives in North Troy, Vermont.
