Joyann Jerriho

Joyann is a seasoned technology and change management professional who has served organizations from 300 to 300,000 employees across multiple sectors. She started her career at IBM, where she spent more than two years as a business transformation consultant supporting Fortune 500 clients to implement a variety of best-in-class enterprise solutions.

Prior to joining Ideal State, Joyann worked with employee experience platforms Cornerstone OnDemand and Docebo, helping her clients make the most of these state-of-the-art tools through comprehensive, human-centered change management approaches.

Joyann has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Prairie View A&M University and lives in Los Angeles.
